Enrolment Enquiries

For all enrolment enquiries please email the following scanned documents to: broadmeadows.valley.ps@education.vic.gov.au

• Rates or Lease Agreement and a utility bill for proof of address,
• child's birth certificate/passport,
• immunisation certificate from medicare 
• your child's visa (if not permanent resident/citizen) 
• latest school report (if transferring from another school)

Please also include in your email: 

• Child's name:
• Date of birth:
• Parent name:
• Family address:
• Contact number:
• Kindergarten attending:
• Current School and Year Level (if transferring from another school):

We are unable to accept any enrolments without the above details.

Are there special requirements for your child we should know about? (eg speech report)

If you are not an Australian Citizen, all relevant visas must be presented – there are different restrictions on a range of visas. Some visas may require you to go through the International Division. They can be contacted +61 3 7022 1000.
